This is a magazine devoted to horses...... exclusively produced online and available free only to Internet users. The online equivalent of a high quality glossy magazine "off the shelf". The magazine is full of in-depth articles and photographs. We hope the magazine will reflect the joy and excitement that horses bring us in different ways, our aim being to bring together horse lovers from all over the world.
Editors Note
Welcome to the final issue of The Joy of Horses in 1998. We hope you have enjoyed the magazine to date and we have many interesting new features planned for 1999. If the dark days of winter (in the UK at least!) are beginning to get you down, allow us to bring some sunshine into the gloom and fill you with thoughts of summer riding. We look at learning to ride the classical way as taught in Portugal, and ride the trails made by elephants in the Mavuradona Wilderness in Zimbabwe. Right now either would be an enticing prospect. Nethertheless we all have Christmas and the New Year to look forward to first and I wish all our readers a very happy and peaceful Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
